摘要
采用两段焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出工艺从某高砷难处理金精矿中回收有价金属。结果表明,一段焙烧温度550℃,二段焙烧温度630℃,酸浸时间90min,控制终点pH 1.0时,铜浸出率达到82.44%;酸浸渣细磨至-0.039mm占88.9%,氰化钠用量6kg/t,氰化浸出48h,金浸出率达到90.98%。
Valuable metals were recovered from high arsenic-bearing gold concentrate by processes of two-stage roasting, acid leaching, and cyanide leaching. The results show that copper leaching rate is 82.44% under the optimum conditions including first-stage roasting temperature of 550 ℃, second-stage roasting temperature of 630 ℃, acid leaching time of 90 rain and terminal pH value of 1.0. Acidic leaching residue is cyanide leached with gold leaching rate of 90.98% under the conditions including grain size of 88.9% - 0. 039 mm, dosage of sodium cyanide of 6 kg/t, and cyanide leaching time of 48 h.
