摘要
为揭示管道局部弯曲对气力提升性能的影响机理,研究了不同进气量和浸入率条件下管道局部弯曲对流型、扬水量和提升效率的影响规律。实验结果表明:局部弯曲对流型影响不大,对扬水量和提升效率有显著影响。扬水量和提升效率都随进气量增加先增大后减小,即存在最佳气量值与之对应;当局部弯管位于气举头之上时,扬水量及提升效率均大幅下降。
In order to explore the mechanism of local pipe bends for affecting air-lift pump performance, effect of local bends on the flow pattern, water pumped and lifting efficiency of air-lift pump was investigated by changing air flow rate and submergence ratio. The test results clearly showed that local pipe bends brings little impact on the flow pattern, but remarkable influence on the water pumped and lifting efficiency, which fell down after increased to the peak with an increase in the air flux, suggesting an optimal air flux for it. However, with the position of local bends above the gas injector, the water pumped and lifting efficiency of air-lift pump declined sharply.
