摘要
社交媒体在图书馆中的大量应用在促进图书馆服务的同时也使图书馆面临着许多风险,如隐私安全风险、资源与系统安全风险、著作权风险、名誉风险和可持续性风险等。通过培养图书馆员工和用户的风险意识和技能、明确社交媒体服务的目标和计划、制定社交媒体政策、成立风险管理小组、建立风险管理运行机制等措施,可对图书馆社交媒体服务面临的风险进行有效的管理和规避,最大限度地实现图书馆社交媒体服务目标。
Library service has been hugely promoted due to the widespread application of social media in libraries. But the application of social media in libraries also exposes libraries to some risks, including privacy security risks, resources and system security risks, copyright risks, reputation risks, sustainability risks, and so on. In order to manage and avoid these risks and maximize the objective of social media service of libraries, risk management strategies should be developed:library should train librarians' and users' risk awareness and skills; define the objective and plan of social media service;make social media policy; set up risk management group; establish risk management operating mechanism, and so on.
