摘要
容量评估是实现空域精细化管理的基础环节,只有正确评估跑道、终端区及航路容量,才能合理调度航班,减少航班延误和流量限制,提高空域利用率.该文依据航空器在终端区航段交叉点的飞行特征,对进场汇聚、离场分散两种飞行状态分别建立容量分析模型,并选取武汉天河、广州白云机场的终端区为特定对象测评其终端区容量,结合其机场细则和航班时刻表所颁布数据,验证了该评估方案的有效性.
Capacity evaluation is the basic part of airspace fine management,only the correct evaluation of the runway,terminal area and air route capacity,can be a reasonable scheduling of flight,reduce flight delays and traffic restrictions,and raise airspace utilization rate.On the basis of flying aircraft characteristics of the terminal area leg crossing point,we set up capacity evaluation model respectively in accordance with two flight status such as convergence arrival and dispersal departure.Finally,we select the terminal area Wuhan Tianhe,Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as a specific object of its terminal area capacity evaluation,combined with its airport rules and flight schedule published data,verify the effectiveness of the evaluation scheme.
