肠道菌群与支气管哮喘关系的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 人体肠道内细菌数量巨大,种类繁多,目前已发现500多种,细菌数目约10^14个,为人体细胞总数的10倍,是一个极其庞大及复杂的微生态系统。不同个体肠道细菌成分差异较大,甚至是在双胞胎之间也有不同。而一旦个体肠道内细菌早期定植形成后,肠道内菌群会保持一个稳定状态,通过这种稳态改变与生理学变化的联系,使利用肠道菌群诊断及治疗疾病成为可能。
