摘要
本文以叶绿素-a为起始原料,经取代,加成等反应合成了一种新型叶绿素二氢卟吩衍生物132-N-(2-羟乙基)-153N-(2-羟乙基)-173-甲氧羰基二氢卟吩e6-131-152-二酰胺(Chlorin Amide e6,简称CAE),其化学结构均经UV-Vis,1H NMR,13C NMR及元素分析予以证实。通过对CAE合成工艺研究找到了最佳合成条件,并对光学性质和合成反应机理进行了研究。
On the basis of chlorophyll-a as starting material,a new chlorophyll chlorine derivative named 13 2-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-153-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-173-methoxycarbonylchlorine6-131-152-diamide(simple named CAE) was synthesized via a series of chemical reaction such as addition and substitution.The chemical structures of the unreported chlorin were characterized by UV-Vis,1H NMR,13 C NMR and elemental analysis.We find the optimum conditions of the synthesisits by researching synthesis procedure of CAE.At the same time,optical quali-ty and mechanism were also researched.
