摘要
采用MDEA作为液化气脱硫溶剂容易发生发泡现象,尤其进入冬季,原料中携带着过量甲醇进入到脱硫系统中,导致装置无法正常运行,甚至被迫停产并更换新鲜溶液,成为一直困扰企业正常生产的一大难题。本文通过实验对引起发泡的各种因素进行了分析,并提出了抑制发泡产生的措施,为企业解决这一难题提供了理论依据。
MDEA was used as liquefied gas desulfurization solvent prone to foaming phenomenon,especially in winter,the raw material of carrying excess methanol into the desulfurization system,lead to normal operation of the device,and even forced to shut down and replace with fresh solution,become a big problem plagued the enter-prise normal production.In this article,the cause of foaming of various factors were analyzed,and the measure to restrain the foam produced were put forward,and provides a theoretical basis for solving this problem.
