改良中药热奄包对剖宫产术后排气的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Improved Reyanbao of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Exhaust after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨改良中药热奄包对促进剖宫产术后产妇首次肛门排气的作用。方法:选择我院剖宫产产妇200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组于手术后12h,生命体征平稳,知情同意情况下给予改良中药热奄包热敷配可见光治疗;对照组手术后满12h后实施可见光治疗。对比两组产妇剖宫产术后首次肛门排气情况。结果:观察组产妇首次肛门排气时间早于对照组。结论:改良中药热奄包热敷对剖宫产术后首次肛门排气有显著促进作用。

Objective：To explore the effect of the improved Reyanbao of traditional Chinese medicine on the first anal ex-haust after cesarean section of puerpera.Methods：200 puerpera with cesarean section were selected in our hospital and were divided into an observation group and a control group randomly,with 100 cases in each group.12 hours after sur-gery, the observation group with stable vital signs was given heat with the improved Reyanbao of traditional Chinese med-icine and visible light treatment with their consent.But the control group was only given visible light treatment.Compare the effects on the first anal exhaust after cesarean section in two groups.Results：The first anal exhaust time in the ob-servation group preceded that in the control group.Conclusion：Heat with the improved Reyanbao of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant promoted effect on puerpera first anal exhaust after cesarean section.
