摘要
介绍IT系统正常运行时的线路参数,一次故障、二次故障时的接地故障电流、预期接触电压及保护电器的选择。并得出相应的结论,即IT系统发生一次接地故障时还可正常运行,但绝缘监测装置须报警,以免发生第二次接地故障引发断电。
The circuit parameters during normal operation of IT system, the earth fault current in case of single fault and double faults, the prospective touch voltage and choice of protective devices are introduced; and corresponding conclusion is made： in the first fault, IT system may keep normal operation;but the insulation monitoring device must alarm to avoid power failure caused by the second fault.
