摘要
本文以通用机床变速箱啮合齿轮组为主要研究对象,采用NX软件平台建立齿轮组三维实体模型,通过数据交换接口导入到ANSYS中,并对其进行瞬态动力学分析,得到啮合齿轮组的应力分布,了解齿轮组工作时的应力集中情况,进而为机床变速箱齿轮组的齿形修正和可靠性优化设计提供理论依据。
This paper takes the gear group of universal machine tool gear box as the main research object,using NX platform to establish three- dimensional solid model of gear group,importing it into ANSYS through the data exchange interface,and carries it on the transient dynamic analysis,respectively. Then the stress distribution of the meshing gear group is obtained and the stress concentration when the gear group works is understood. Moreover,it provides a theoretical basis for the cog profile correction and reliability optimization design of the gear group in machine tool gearbox.
