摘要
分析了硬盘磁头驱动臂的结构特点、尺寸和形位公差要求,分析了毛坯材料的特点。选择合理的工装,制定合理的加工工艺路线,通过改善夹具和刀具选用,改善切削参数和加工程序的优化,达到了零件精度的要求,提高了生产效率和效益。
This paper analyzes the structure features,dimensions,form and location tolerances of a HDD,as well as the characteristics of rough materials. With appropriate choice of tooling,processing route,and reasonable selection of fixtures and tools,through the improvement of cutting parameters and optimization of machining program,the research results meet the requirements of parts accuracy,hence the production efficiency and profits are raised.
