T型三电平与二极管箝位型三电平导通损耗的对比 被引量:4

摘要 电力电子技术自20世纪50年代产生以来,经过大约半个世纪的发展,电力电子装置已经应用到了生产和生活的各个领域之中,近年来T型三电平在高压大容量电力电子系统中得到了广泛的应用。分析了T型三电平逆变器的结构和工作原理,并在此基础上通过进一步对二极管箝位型三电平逆变器,传统T型结构的导通损耗进行了分析和对比,最后推导出两者导通损耗的计算公式,计算二者在不同条件下的导通损耗,总结出两种结构的导通损耗的特点。 Based on the analysis of the structure and operating principle of T- type 3- level inverter,this paper makes a contrast of the conduction dissipation between diode- clamped 3- level inverter and conventional T- type inverter,eliciting a computational formula to calculate each other's conduction dissipation under different conditions. At last,the paper summarizes the characteristics of conduction loss of the two different structures.
