摘要
采用计算法、热膨胀法和连续升温金相法3种方法测定了TA15钛合金相变温度。计算法根据合金元素和杂质对相变温度的影响,推算出TA15钛合金相变温度为989.2℃。热膨胀法根据钛合金发生相变时体积的变化,测得TA15合金相变温度为986.1℃。根据前两种方法测的温度确定连续升温金相法的温度选择范围,用此方法测得TA15合金相变温度范围为985℃-995℃。将三种测量结果进行分析比较,确定TA15合金相变温度为990℃。
The phase- transition temperature of TA15 Titanium alloy is determined by the following methods of calculation,thermal expansion and heating metallographic analysis. With the method of calculation,transformation point of TA15 is worked out to be 989. 2℃ according the influence of alloying elements and impurity element on the phase- transition temperature. The results acquired using the method of thermal expansion is 986. 1℃ according to the volume change of the titanium alloy during the phase transition. The temperature range of metallographic observation was determined according to the results obtained,and the range of phase transition point is between 985℃ - 995℃. The phase transition point of TA15 is determined to be 990℃ through analysis and comparison of the results from the above methods.
