摘要 针对我国LTE移动通信有TD-LTE和FDD-LTE两种制式并具有1.8 GHz、2.3 GHz、2.6 GHz等多个频段的特点,设计了一个1.75 GHz^2.7 GHz的宽带耦合器,此耦合器的频段同时覆盖WLAN的2.4 GHz段。该耦合器通过在输入端加入匹配网络优化了直通端和耦合端的性能,从而实现了宽带特性。为了易于优化,在匹配网络中加入了阶梯阻抗结构。同时,运用缺陷地结构(DGS)改善了匹配网络中微带线的宽度以增加加工精确度。本文设计的耦合器采用常见的FR4作为基片材料,具有成本低、性能好、易于加工的优点,因此有良好的实用性。 This paper has designed a wideband coupler with band from 1.75 GHz to 2.7 GHz for the Chinese LTE mobile communication system including TD-LTE and FDD-LTE standard which have center frequencies of 1.8 GHz, 2.3 GHz, 2.6 GHz. A matching network has been added to the inputs of the coupler to realize the wide band characteristic by optimizing the performance of the transmission port and the coupling port. For ease of optimization, the stepped impedance structure is added to the matching network. Meanwhile, it uses the defected ground structure(DGS) to improve the width of the matching network microstrip line in order to increase the precision machining. The coupler has been designed with FR4 material substrate and has the advantages of low cost, good performance, easy to be processed and practicality.
