Dynamic Allocation Considering Weather Affected Area Air Traffic Flow

摘要 我国民航业的不断发展,空中交通流量迅速增长,导致航班延误的情况时常发生。利用空域灵活使用机制降低航班运行成本至关重要。研究了在区域管制范围内,根据实际运行情况考虑了危险天气影响区域扇区容量以及合理利用临时航线的情况,通过遗传算法与启发式算法相结合的方式优化了航班的飞行方案降低总的运行费用。研究结果表明,经算法优化后,与现有的飞行方案相比,有效地降低了航班的运行成本,增加了空域利用率。 With the continuous development of China's civil aviation industry,the rapid growth of air traffic result in flight delays occurred frequently. Taking advantage of flexible use of airspace to reduce the cost of flight operations is quite essential. Studying the area control,and according to the actual operating conditions we considered hazardous weather conditions affecting area control capacity and rational use of temporary routes. Genetic algorithm and heuristic algorithm is applied to optimize the operating costs. The results show that after the optimization algorithm of this article,compared with the existing flight plan,the proposed algorithm effectively reduces the flight operating costs and increases airspace utilization.
