摘要 为实现对民航机务系统更科学的安全分析和评价,在传统"人-机-环-管"理论基础上,通过研究大量事故报告和民航规章,结合REASON模型和SHELLO模型,构建了基于差错管理的民航机务系统安全评价指标体系,用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)计算指标权重,用模糊理论量化定性指标,通过模糊综合评价(FCE)计算系统安全度,可以直观地看到评价结果及机务系统的薄弱环节和主要影响因素。通过实例和对比分析证明,提出的方法是科学合理的。 In order to research on safety analysis and evaluation for civil aviation maintenance system more scientific,on the basis of theory of man-machine-environment-management,a civil aviation maintenance system safety evaluation index system is established through a research on civil aviation accident reports and standards,and the REASON and SHELLO model. The weights of indexes are calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP),and the qualitative indexes are quantified by fuzzy theory. Then we can see the weak links and the main factors of civil aviation maintenance system by calculating the degree of safety using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method( FCE). Finally,example and compare show that the method is scientific and reasonable.
