摘要
为了研究稳压器安装支架定频振动激励下的动态响应特性,以某型号稳压器振动试验用安装支架为研究对象,建立了支架及稳压器的有限元分析模型,通过模态分析获得了结构前六阶的固有频率及振型,对稳压器定频振动试验过程中支架的动态响应进行了分析。结果表明,低频基础激励时支架存在一定放大作用,而高频基础激励时支架能够起到一定的减振效果,试验验证表明有限元仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。为阀门支架设计及振动环境下工装动态特性仿真提供参考。
In order to study the dynamic response of bracket on vibration test of constant frequency, based on the mounting bracket of a constant pressure valve on vibration test, the finite element model of coupling systems was established. Through the modal analysis, the first six natural frequencies and vibration modals were obtained, the dynamic response of bracket was obtained by simulating on vibration test of constant frequency. The results show that the bracket has amplification effect with base excitation in low-frequency and weaken effects with base excitation in high-frequency. Test verification show that the simulation results were highly dovetailed with those of experiment. Study in the paper supplied feasible ways and references for valve bracket design and simulation on dynamic characteristic of fixture in vibration environment.
