摘要
有机聚合物整体柱作为一种样品前处理材料,具有制备简单、结构连续多孔、生物兼容性好等特点。本文主要综述了近年来聚合物整体柱在样品预处理领域的应用,包括食品安全、环境评价、药物分析、生物富集等方面的研究进展。
Organic polymer- based monolithic columns have been developed as sorbents for sample preparation because of their easy fabrication,continuous porous structure and good biocompatibility. The review focused on the recent development of polymer- based monolithic columns as sorbent in the field of sample pretreatment,with emphasis on the applications in food safety,environmental evaluation,pharmaceutical analysis and biological preconcentration.
