摘要 硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中会产生大量废酸,用传统的方法浓缩废酸时会导致管道和设备严重堵塞。本文分析了管道堵塞的原因,采用"闪蒸-结晶-加热"对原三效蒸发的第一效废酸浓缩工艺进行改进。通过在工艺过程中控制结晶温度,结晶时间和循环酸加热温度,就可以分离出大部分的硫酸亚铁,避免原料酸在加热蒸发过程中所导致的管道和设备堵塞问题。依靠可靠的实验数据所设计出来的新工艺,能够有效地控制管道的堵塞,提高设备的利用率,同时也可以减少污染,节约资源,值得推广和应用。 A large amount of waste acid will be generated in the production of titanium dioxide by using the sulfuric acid method and the pipe and equipment will be jammed when the waste acid was concentrated by traditional ways. The reasons of pipe jams were analyzed,and the braising- crystallization and heating craft to improve the first waste acid concentrating craft of the original three effect of evaporation was used. Through controlling the crystallization temperature,crystallization time and cycle acid heating temperature,the new craft can separate out most of the ferrous sulfate,avoid the pipeline and equipment jams. The new craft was relied on reliable experimental data and it can effectively control pipe jams,increase the utilization ratio of equipment,and can also reduce pollution,save resources,was worthy to be popularized and applied.
