摘要
将家蝇(Musca domestica)蝇蛆蛋白经过水解,在最佳水解条件下得到蝇蛆营养液,把蝇蛆营养液稀释成梯度浓度,作为植物生物调节剂在绿豆幼苗生长过程中定期施加,测定蝇蛆营养液对绿豆株重、含水量、氨基酸含量、叶片细胞叶光系统II光化学效率的影响。结果表明:随着蝇蛆营养液的浓度升高,绿豆体内的含水量、氨基酸含量明显升高,绿豆叶片的光合作用的效率在加入较高浓度的营养液之后明显升高。本研究结果有助于利用蝇蛆营养液天然无污染,成本低的特点,开发可以广泛应用于农业生产的植物生物调节剂,以满足当下市场的需求,也可为以后其他植物生物调节剂研究提供一定的依据。
The housefly( musca domestica) fly larval protein was hydrolyzed for musca domestica nutrient solution under the optimum hydrolysis conditions,and the solution was diluted into a concentration gradient as a plant growth regulator applied in biological process in Mungbean Seedlings. The effects of operating parameters including strains of green beans,water content,amino acid content and the photochemical efficiency of leaf cell's photosystem II were measured. The results showed that as the concentration of the Musca domestica nutrient solution increased,the water content and amino acid content in the Munbean seedling increased significantly. Moreover,the photosynthesis efficiency of Mungbean leaves significantly increased after incubated in a higher concentration of the nutrient solution. The results could help to contribute to taking advantage of a natural,non- pollution and low cost nutrient solution,which could be developed and widely applied to plant bioregulators of agricultural production to meet the needs of the current market. The properties of Musca domestica nutrition could provide some experience and methods to the study for the future of plant bioregulators.
