全自动密度仪测定松节油密度不确定度的评定

Evaluation of the Uncertainty of Density Mesurement of Turpentine by Automated Densimeter

采用DM45全自动密度仪测定松节油密度,分析测定结果的影响因素,依据中华人民共和国国家计量技术规范JJG1059.1-2012,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定和表述。其扩展不确定度U=7×10-5g/cm3,置信概率为95%,满足美国材料与试验协会标准ASTM D4052-2011和我国行业标准SN/T 2383-2009要求。

DM45 automatic density analyzer was used to determine density of turpentine,and the influencing factors of the measurement results was analyzed. According to the People＇s Republic of China National Measurement Technology Specifications JJG1059. 1- 2012,the uncertainty of the measurement results were evaluated and expressed. Its expanded uncertainty was U = 7 × 10^- 5g / cm^3,and the confidence probability was 95%,meeting the requirements of standard D4052- 2011 of American Society for Testing and Materials（ ASTM） and Chinese industry- standard SN / T 2383- 2009.
