摘要 中国石化沧州分公司充分运用能量优化综合利用原理,根据"高热高用,低热低用"的原则对催化装置分馏塔的热量进行重新匹配,加强了催化装置与常减压装置和气分装置的热联合,实现了催化装置热进出料,并优化低温热系统,降低了瓦斯、低压蒸汽、除盐水和循环水的消耗,全厂能耗下降65.84 MJ/t,节能效果明显。 In order to comprehensively utilize energy,Cangzhou Branch of Sinopec rematched heat for distillation tower of catalytic cracking unit,enhanced heat combination of catalytic cracking unit,crude oil distillation unit and gas separation unit according to the principle of utilizing heat high temperature superior heat,low temperature inferior heat.Hot ingress and egress material of FCC unit were achieved. The low temperature thermal system was optimized. The volumes of discharged gas and steam of low pressure,as well as the consumption of desalting water and recycling water,were reduced. The consumption of energy of the whole refinery plant was cut down 65. 84 MJ / t which indicated an obvious effect of energy saving.
