Study on Construction Foundation of Talent Training Demonstrative Base on School Enterprise Cooperation

校企双方签订了长期合作协议,并有专门机构和人员负责基地建设和管理。基地符合学校办学定位及特色优势,拥有高素质教师队伍,具备良好的教学设施和生活条件,长期承担实践教学任务且取得较好教学效果,基本形成了符合人才培养规律的实践教学模式及教学文件,为校企合作人才培养示范基地建设奠定了坚实基础。

The long- term cooperation agreement was signed by both school and enterprise. The specialized agency and personnel were responsible for construction and management of the base. The base conformed to the orientation of running school and characteristics and advantages of school. There were high quality teachers and good teaching conditions and facilities of living conditions in the base that beard practice teaching tasks and achieves good teaching effect in long term. The practice teaching mode according with the regularity of training talents and teaching files were formed basically.All of these have laid a solid foundation for construction of this talent training demonstrative based on school enterprise cooperation.
