摘要 目前,我校作为普通本科院校向高水平应用技术大学转型的试点,制订适合我校的具有特色的人才培养模式至关重要。我们借鉴国外职业教育的成功经验,在我校食品本科专业中试行工学结合人才培养模式。通过不断探索,在实践中总结经验,逐步形成适合我校的工学结合人才培养模式。培养适合地方经济社会发展的合格应用技术型人才,为我校工科教育改革提供理论支持和成功经验,为我校向应用技术型大学转型发展提供有益探索。 At present,it is very essential to make the talent training model for our university because our university is as the ordinary college to transit to high level university of application technology. Talent training model of work- study combination for university student in food science major was applied,through learning from the successful experience of foreign occupation education. Talent training model of work- study combination for our university was made through continuous exploration and practice. The qualified application technology talents were trained for local economic and social development. It provided theoretical support and successful experience for engineering education reform in our university,and provided the beneficial exploration for our school transform to university of application technology.
