Practice of Opening Experiment Related to Making and Analyzing the Patent Maps of Biomaterials

摘要 专利地图是分析专利文献的一种重要手段,通过对生物材料领域专利文献的检索与统计,用PATENT INTEGRATION和MS EXCEL软件制作出相关的专利管理地图和专利技术地图,对生物材料领域技术发展的过程、专利权人的分布情况、专利被引情况、IPC小类和生物材料领域技术分布的热点等进行了分析。通过该实验的训练帮助学生们掌握了专利地图制作和分析的方法,提高了对专利文献检索和分析的能力,为他们将来的科研工作打下良好的基础。 Patent map is a very important method to analyze patent literature. According to the results of searching and analyzing patent literature in the field of biomaterials, patent manage map and patent technology map were made by PATENT INTEGRATION and MS EXCEL software. The overall state of technology field of biomaterials, the distribution of patentees, the patent citations, IPC sub class and the hot research areas in biomaterial field were analyzed by patent maps. Thus, students knew how to make and analyze patent map after the practice of opening experiment and improve their ability in searching and analyzing patent literature, the knowledge is useful to their work of scientific research in future.
