摘要 随着我国高等教育的大众化,高校应转向以培养应用型人才为主已经成为社会共识,因此探索培养应用型人才的途径、方式、机制等也在近年成为各高校的研讨热点。基于此,我们在立足于现行教学体制的条件下,探索实施了通过加强实验室对学生的特别开放,来培养应用型本科人才。采取项目带动即学生以实施项目的方式进入实验室,使学生在自我利用实验室时首先做到了有目的、有计划、有准备,达到了培养学生的主动性的目标;以导师指导学生完成产品制作过程或专项训练的方式培养学生在某些专业技能方面的熟练和运用;学生实习前预先开放与学生在实习阶段的操作和生产环节有关联的实验室,供学生操作相关实验或生产设备,三项措施的实验室特别开放,提高了培养本科生成为应用型人才的力度,效果良好。 It has become a social consensus that colleges and universities should change to train applied undergraduates with the popularization of higher education in our country. Different universities actively probed way, methods, mechanism how to train applied undergraduates in recent years. We also explored the measures of laboratory special opening to students in order to train applied undergraduates. Three measures we adopted were project driven, tutor lead and joint training under condition of simulating internship production equipments. Project driven is that when the students have the experimental project they can enter the laboratory to use the instruments, and carry out experiment at any time. But they must prepare plans ready before entering laboratory. These can promote students initiative, targeted and planned consciousness. Tutor lead is that the designated tutors should enter the laboratory to conduct experiment or to go through skill training. The tutors instruct the students to manufacture a product or to undergo a special training process so that the students can achieve proficiency in some professional skill. Joint training is that some apparatus are opened to students before they go to practice. Students can exercise to operate these apparatus. These measures of the laboratory upgrade the training effects to help student become applied undergraduate.
