摘要
针对低压配网用户分散、相负荷变化随机性大、线损受线路布局及距离等因素影响,提出了一种解决三相负荷不平衡引起线损过高的用户相别优化调整方法。采用自适应惯性权重的粒子群聚类算法对不同用户日负荷曲线相似程度进行初步聚类,将聚为同类的用户进行相别优化调整。负荷接入的待定相别作为优化控制变量,建立了以馈线损耗之和最小的整数优化模型,求解模型获得负荷最佳接入相别计算结果。该模型及方法应用于某地低压配电多台区馈线系统用户相别调整,有效降低了三相负荷不平衡度,减小线路损耗,解决三相负荷不平衡问题效果显著。
Due to the decentralization of consumers and randomness of phase loads in distribution network, the line loss is affected by various factors such as network distribution and line extension. An optimal phase adjustment method and model is proposed to reduce line loss caused by three-phase unbalanced load. A primary clustering of daily load curve, according to similarity of which, is proceeded by particle swarm clustering algorithm with adaptive inertia weight and each resulting cluster is respectively optimized and adjusted. While the undetermined phases of consumers accessed are decision variables, an integer programming model with minimum total line loss as objective function is built. Then the optimum access phase of each consumer is identified by solving the established model. The proposed method and model are used to adjust the accessed phase for customer load in a real life test example of distribution transformer district. The results show that the accessed phase adjustment method has significant effects and that the un- balanced degree of three-phase and line loss is reduced considerably.
