基于高校特色发展的江苏高校分类体系研究

Classification System of Universities in Jiangsu Province Based on Development Characteristics

构建省域高校分类体系对于区域高校特色发展和竞争力提升具有重要意义。以高校职能为分类维度,按其内涵要求遴选相关核心指标,将江苏本科院校分为研究型大学、教学研究型大学和教学(应用)型本科院校等类型;采用专业特征分类法、"重点"与"一般"二分法、产业面向分类法等,将江苏高职院校分为不同的类型。试分类结果显示,该分类方案符合江苏高等教育发展的实际,有利于引领和促进江苏高校特色发展,错位竞争。

Building classification system of provincial university for regional development and the competi- tiveness enhancement of universities is of great significance. The colleges and universities in Jiangsu are divided into research-oriented university, teaching and research-oriented university, and teaching and application-ori- ented university. The vocational colleges in Jiangsu are divided into different types by using professional feature taxonomy： ＂key＂ and ＂ general＂ dichotomy, industry oriented classification, etc. The classification results show that, the classification scheme is in line with the actual development of Jiangsu higher education , condu- cive to lead and promote the characteristic development of colleges and universities and the dislocation competi- tion in Jiangsu.
