摘要
为对贵州省普安核桃优良单株品种特性进行综合评价。应用主要成分分析法,由样本相关矩阵出发,对普安县决选出的12株核桃样本的9个品种特性(三径平均值、坚果重、种壳厚、种仁重、出仁率、树龄、树高、基径、单位树冠投影面积产仁量)进行分析。以性状的累计方差贡献率达到82.656%为标准,确定了3个反映核桃品种特性的主要成分及其主要成分的函数式,并通过计算优株的重要主成分值,对供试株进行比较和排序,表明用主成分分析法可以对普安核桃品种特性进行综合评价。
In order to conduct comprehensive evaluation on major economic characters of the excellent individuals of Juglans regia occurring in Pu'an,based on correlated matrix,principal component analysis was adopted to analyze nine major economic characteristics( average of three kinds of diameters,nut weight,shell thickness,kernel ratio,oil rate,tree age,tree height,base diameter,and kernel yield per unit crown projection area) in 12 superior trees from the final selection. Three principal components,in which the contribution rate of the accumulative variance were up to 82. 656%,as well as their functional equations were established. Through the calculation of the values of important principal components,superior trees were compared and ranked. It was concluded that the principal component analysis was a suitable method for the comprehensive selection of superior walnut trees in Pu'an.
