摘要 砷是国际癌症研究机构(International Agency for Research on Cancer,IARC)确认的人类致癌物,可致肺癌、皮肤癌、膀胱癌等多种内脏癌。砷在地球上广泛存在,人类不可避免地接触砷,但是对于砷致癌的机制还不明确,本文就砷致肺损伤及其作用机制做一综述,为全面认识砷暴露致肺损伤的机制提供理论依据。 Arsenic is an IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer, IARC) confirmed human carcinogen, which can cause lung cancer,skin cancer, bladder cancer and other visceral cancers.Arsenic is so widespread on the earth that it is inevitable for human beings to be ex-posed to arsenic.However, the mechanism of arsenic-induced cancer is not clear.This article summarizes the arsenic -induced lung injury and its mechanism to provide a theoretical basis for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of lung injury caused by exposure to arsenic.
