摘要
短跑包括100 m、200 m、400 m,它们的距离不同,运动强度和时间亦不相同,运动时,能量供应的形式各有特点;根据能量供应方式的特点,采取相应的训练方法和辅助措施来提高该项目的供能能力是提高该项目运动成绩的重要方法。通过分析短跑项目的供能特点,提出相应的训练策略。
The sprints consist of 100 m, 200 m and 400 m. The forms of energy supply present various characteristics due to the different distances, intensities and time in sprints. Based on the characteristics of the energy supply, taking corresponding training methods and auxiliary measures to improve the ability of the project power is an important way to enhance its performance. The paper puts forward some training strategies by analyzing the characteristics of the energy supply in the sprints.
