The Mining Financing Model of China and Its Countermeasure

矿业是国民经济的基础产业,矿业融资是矿业开发的关键环节。论文着眼于中国矿业融资模式的研究,分析了矿产资源开发利用过程中勘查、开采、经营阶段的融资特点和各种融资途径的特点,对中国矿业融资模式的选择进行分析,最后提出制定并完善矿业融资相关法律法规、支持中小矿业企业融资方式创新、强化资本市场直接融资、鼓励矿业企业项目融资、设立矿业风险投资基金等对策建议。

Mining industry is the elementary industry of national economy,and mining industry financing is the key in the process of mining development. This paper focuses on mining financing mode in china,analyzes the characteristics of different financing ways and financing characteristics in the phases of exploration,mining,business of mineral resources development,and analyzes the selection of mining industry financing model in china. Finally it puts forward some suggestions to improve the mining industry financing models in china,including developing and improving relevant laws and regulations of mining industry financing,supporting financing innovation for small and medium-sized mining enterprises,strengthening the direct financing in capital market,encouraging the project financing for mining enterprise and building Risk Investment Funds of Mining Industry.
