企业跨国并购中的人力资源整合策略研究

摘要 经济发展的全球化趋势使得跨国并购成为企业提升国际竞争力的主要方式之一,跨国并购现已成为企业进军国际市场的一种有效手段。企业在进行跨国并购的过程中不仅伴随着资金、技术等的整合,还带来了来自不同文化背景的人力资源的整合。企业并购的成功与否很大程度上取决于能否将作为企业生存之本的人力资源进行有效地整合。论文分析企业在跨国并购的过程中所面临的人力资源整合问题,重点对企业如何进行人力资源整合提出了一系列的对策与建议。 Globalization of economic development makes cross-border mergers and acquisitions as one of the main ways to improve the international competitiveness of organizations,cross-border mergers and acquisitions have become an effective way for enterprises to enter the international market. The process of mergers and acquisitions not only accompanied by the integration of capital,technology,etc,but also causes the integration of human resources which from different cultural backgrounds. The success of MA depends largely on the effectiveness of the integration of human resources,which is very important to organization. This paper analyzes the problems of human resources integration organizations encountered in the process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions,focusing on suggesting a series of strategies about how to integrate human resources.
