西部生态文明建设的障碍及新举措

Obstructs and new measures in the ecological civilization construction of Western Region of China

随着西部经济的发展,生态环境越来越受到关注,生态文明建设是解决西部经济发展与生态环境保护矛盾的重要出路。国家实施西部大开发以来,西部的生态文明建设取得了显著成效:经济发展、社会进步、民族团结、边疆稳定、人民生活收入增加、生活水平提高,但同时人口、资源、环境的压力加大,出现了不少亟待解决的障碍。本文分析了西部生态文明建设过程中出现的一系列障碍,并在此基础上,提出了今后西部生态文明建设的新举措。

Along with the economic development of the West Regions, the ecological environment has been paid more and more attention. The construction of ecological civilization is the important way to solve the contradiction between the western region＇s economic development and the ecological environment protection. Since our country has implemented the strategy of developing the western region, Eco- environment Construction of Western Region obtained the remarkable result. Economic development, social progress, national unity, the stability of the border areas, people＇s income and the standard of living all made big progress. While on the other side, the increasing pressure on the population, resource, and the environment produced many problems which need to be solved. Based on the analysis of those obstructs, this paper put forward new measures for the construction of the western region ecological civilization.
