摘要
±800 kV宜宾-金华特高压直流工程(简称宾金直流)投运后,极大地缓解了浙江电网过江通道的重载问题。与此同时,一旦宾金直流大功率运行方式下发生双极闭锁故障,将造成电力大量缺失和潮流大范围转移,严重影响浙江电网的安全稳定运行。在分析宾金直流双极闭锁故障对浙江电网的影响的基础上,编制了调度处置预案,并总结了预案中的6项关键技术,为调度员快速高效地处理事故提供参考和决策支持。
After ±800 kV Yibin-Jinhua UHVDC power transmission project(shortened as Binjin DC), overload of the corridor across the river is greatly eased. Meantime, occurrence of bipolar blocking fault in highpower operation mode of Binjin DC may result in power deficiency and wide transfer of power flow, severely influencing operation safety and stability of Zhejiang power grid. On the basis of analyzing the impact of bipolar blocking fault of Binjin DC on Zhejiang power grid, the paper establishes dispatching and disposal plan and summarizes six key technologies in the plan, providing dispatchers with reference and decision-making support to handle accidents rapidly and effectively.
