栏目建设是高校学报质量建设的基础,近年来各高校学报都十分重视这方面的工作。一般地方高校学报因为有了特色栏目而渐渐摆脱了同质化,特色栏目成了学报发展中的一个轮子。地方院校的多学科性质决定学报还要发挥其他学科的力量,让另一个轮子动起来。推出"动态栏目",就是要调动本校学科资源优势,参与到学报的栏目建设中来。通过双轮驱动,才能使学报得以平衡发展,共同建构学报新的学术生长点。
