Study and advance in search for cerebrospinal fluid pharmacology in Chinese Materia Medica

中药脑脊液药理学作为研究治疗中枢神经系统疾病药物的药理作用的体外研究方法,越来越受到关注。但此方法在实际应用中任然存在许多问题,该文从中药脑脊液药理学研究的背景、研究的现状及研究过程中影响因素进行综述,以期为今后的相关研究提供借鉴与思路。

As a in vitro approach to study the medication for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system,cerebrospinal fluid pharmacology in Chinese materia medica is getting more and more attention.But this method still exist many problems in the practical application.This article reviewed the status quo,the process of research background and the influence factors in research study on phar-macology of Chinese herbal medicine in the cerebrospinal fluid in order to providing a salutary lesson or a train of thought to related re-search in the future.
