摘要
目的建立百蕊草高效液相色谱(HPLC)特征图谱,为百蕊草药材的质量控制提供依据。方法采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈(A)—0.2%甲酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm,柱温35℃,流速0.4 m L·min-1,进样2.0μL。结果百蕊草药材HPLC特征图谱中主要成分得到有效分离,得到12个共有峰,选其中4个作为其特征峰。10批百蕊草药材的特征图谱与对照图谱相似度均在0.9以上,可用于百蕊草药材的定性鉴别。结论建立了百蕊草药材特征图谱,该方法简单,准确,重复性好,可用于百蕊草药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Thesium Chinense Turcz and to provide the basis for its quality control. Methods ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18column (2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.7 μm) was adopted with acetonitrile (A) -0.2% formic acid ( B) as mobile phase.Gradient elution was used with detection wavelength at 256 nm and column temperature at 35℃.The flow rate was set at 0.4 mL· min^-1 with an injection of 2.0μL.Results The main components in HPLC fingerprint of Thesium Chinense Turcz were separated effectively.Twelve common peaks were obtained,among which 4 were selected as its characteristic peaks.The similarity between the fingerprints of 10 batches of Thesium Chinense Turcz and the control one was more than 0.9,which can be used for the qualitative identification of Thesium Chinense Turcz.Conclusions The fingerprint of Thesium Chinense Turcz has been estab-lished.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Thesium Chinense Turcz.
