摘要
目的:观察知母皂甙元(ZMS)对原代培养神经细胞M受体刺激后cGMP生成速率的影响。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定细胞内cGMP水平,观察ZMS不同作用时间对Carbachol刺激下cGMP生成的影响。结果:ZMS短时间(5min)作用于原代培养的神经细胞对Carbachol刺激下cGMP的生成无影响,而长时间(48h)作用明显提高Carbachol的刺激下cGMP生成量。结论:ZMS的作用与激动剂或拮抗剂不同,需要较长时间的作用才能发挥作用。
Intracellular cyclic GMP(cGMP) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay, and the effects of a sapogenin from Zhimu (ZMS) on cGMP formation stimulated by carbachol were investigated. The result showed that carbachol stimulated cGMP formation was not affected by acute exposure but was markedly elevated by chronic exposure to ZMS of primarily cultured neurons.
