泮托拉唑不良反应中文文献分析

Analysis of adverse drug reactions of pantoprazole from Chinese literatures

目的收集中文文献报道中泮托拉唑的不良反应,探讨不良反应发生的相关因素。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库,检索泮托拉唑相关不良反应文献并查找全文,根据纳入与排除标准,收集符合纳入标准的文献,对泮托拉唑的不良反应、适应证、用法用量、溶媒、疗程等进行分析。结果文献显示,泮托拉唑不良反应一般较轻微,经过停药或停药后对症治疗,不良反应症状均好转或消失,未造成不良事件,安全性较好,但泮托拉唑可导致过敏性休克等严重不良反应发生。结论临床使用时要严格按照说明书与用药指征,合理选择使用,加强用药监护,尽早发现,及时处理。

Objective Collect adverse drug reactions（ ADR） reported in the literature of pantoprazole to find out the ADR occurrence rate of following the use of pantoprazole.Methods Retrieval literatures of pantoprazole related adverse reactions and search the full text from CNKI and WAN FANG DATA.Collect studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A comprehensive collection of literature include ADR type,indication,usage and dosage solvent,dosage,etc.was classified into 2 categories,synchronous clinical study,individual or typical case reports.Results The literatures show,pantoprazole adverse reactions are generally mild,after discontinuation or symptomatic treatment,adverse reaction symptoms were improved or disappeared,did not cause adverse events.Pantoprazole have a good tolerance and compliance.But pantoprazole can cause serious adverse reactions,such as anaphylactic shock.Conclusion Clinical use must be reasona-ble choice,strictly in accordance with the instructions and the indications,to strengthen the drug monitoring,detect and treat timely.
