高职学生自主管理现状及对策研究——以广东农工商职业技术学院为例

On the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Higher Vocational Students' Management— —Taking Guangdong AIB Polytechnic college as an Example

高职学生自主管理作为当今高职院校学生管理的重要组成部分,也作为高职学生学习、生活和未来职业发展的基础和保障,其实施情况直接影响着学生在校学习、生活的质量,关乎学生未来的成长以及兼顾育人功能的学校学生管理工作的有效性。文章以广东农工商职业技术学院为个案,从学业管理、生活成长管理、社会实践管理以及职业规划管理四个方面对本院学生的自主管理的现状进行分析和研究,并在此基础上提出相关管理对策,为学院的学生管理工作提供新的思路和方法。

Higher vocational students＇ management is an important part of today＇s higher vocational colleges and universities students management, it is also the foundation and guarantee for higher vocational students＇ learning, life and future career development. Taking Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College as a case, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and existing problems of higher vocational college students＇ management from the school management, the life growth management, social practice management and career planning management four aspects, puts forward the relevant management measures, hoping to provide new ideas and methods for the students management work in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College.
