基于实践的商业银行经营管理课程教学模式改革

Teaching Mode Reform about Commercial Bank Management Course Based on Practice

当前,高等院校商业银行经营管理课程教学存在理论性偏多而实践教学偏少的特点,这不仅不利于学生实际应用能力的培养,而且与用人单位的需求不符。要解决该问题,应该在商业银行经营管理课程中加大应用性教学比重,将实验模拟引入教学体系中,弥补理论教学不足。同时,引入沙盘演练及角色扮演等来提升教学效果,培养学生实践能力。

In colleges and universities,commercial bank management course exist characteristics of the excess theory teaching and practice teaching too little,in the longer period,which makes against the culti-vation of students’practical ability and doesn’t conform to the needs of employers.For this,this paper thinks that we should increase the proportion of the teaching in the application of commercial bank man-agement and the experimental simulation is introduced to teaching system,which makes up for lack of the-oretical teaching.At the same time,we introduce sand-table exercise and cosplay in order to improve teach-ing effect and cultivate the practice ability.
