奶牛维生素A缺乏症的研究进展

维生素A是奶牛体内重要的微量营养素之一,维生素A对于奶牛的生产性能、繁殖性能和机体免疫等方面都有十分重要的作用。然而,集约化的饲养方式使得日粮中青绿饲料的比例逐渐下降,导致奶牛出现临床维生素A缺乏症状的可能性增加。这使得人们对反刍动物维生素A营养的研究逐渐深入。本文从维生素A的生理功能、维生素A缺乏的诊断指标和预防几个方面综述奶牛维生素A缺乏症的进展,为奶牛维生素A缺乏症的研究提供理论基础。

Vitamin A is one of the most important micronutrients in dairy cows. Vitamin A has an important role in production performance,reproductive performance and body immunity in dairy cows.Hovever, the proportion of intensive rearing methods make green feed in ration gradually de- creased. This mode could increase the possibility of clinical vitamin A deficiency symptoms.This makes people to ruminant nutrition further research on vitamin A. In this paper, physiologic func- tion of Vitamin A, diadynamic criteria of Vitamin A deficiency and prevention of Vitamin A defi- ciency were discussed, make the foundation of Vitamin A deficiency of dairy cows.
