毛泽东虽然没有明确提出精神动力的概念,但却非常重视人的精神因素对社会发展的推动作用。在他的一生中,提出过很多论述精神动力的经典语句。例如,代表先进阶级的正确思想,一旦被群众掌握,就会变成改造社会、改造世界的物质力量;思想等等是主观的东西,做或行动是主观见之于客观的东西;人是要有一点精神的。毛泽东的精神动力思想,是在实践中总结和提炼出来的,对改造人类社会有着重大的理论价值和现实意义。
