摘要
青椒4号是青海省农林科学院园艺所利用当地辣椒品种乐都长辣椒经太空辐射诱变、系统定向选育而成的航天辣椒新品种.该品种中晚熟,坐果率高,果实呈近牛角形,平均单果质量60.17 g,单株果数25~40个,连续结果能力强,采收周期长,平均每667 m^2鲜果产量3 500~4 200 kg;丰产性及稳定性均表现较好.品种品质优良,每100 g鲜果含维生素C 159.56 mg、粗蛋白1.12 g及可溶性糖2.63 g;保持了乐都长辣椒的风味,商品性好,耐储存.该品种生长势强,较耐寒、耐旱,抗疫病;是适应温室长季节栽培的专用品种,可在各地温室中种植.
Qingjiao 4 is a new mid-late mature hot pepper variety bred through space radiation mutagenesis and directional system selection from a local hot pepper variety Ledu long pepper treated in aerospace by Horticultural Research Institute of Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. This variety is of such traits as high fruit setting rate with 25 - 40 fruit per plant, nearly ox-horn-shaped fruit with 60.17 g per fruit, strong continuous fruiting, long harvest period, high- and stable- yielding capacity with average fresh fruit yield at 52.5 - 63.0 t per hm^2; good quality fruit with the vitamin C at 1.5956 mg/g, the crude protein at 11.2 mg/g and soluble sugar at 26.3 mg,/g, the Ledu long pepper's fruit flavor, good marketability and tolerance to storage; and strong growth potential, resistance to cold, drought tolerance and resistance to Phytophthora blight, And it is a special-purpose variety adapting to long season cultivation in greenhouse across the country.
