40例成年白血病病人初次化疗后便秘的护理

摘要 [目的]探讨成年白血病病人初次化疗后便秘的护理。[方法]回顾性分析40例成年白血病初次化疗后病人的临床资料及护理,总结其便秘的护理特点。[结果]病人便秘发生率下降,未出现严重便秘相关并发症。[结论]综合性护理干预是改善成年白血病病人初次化疗后便秘的有效策略。
