狠抓产教深度融合,进一步提升高职院校办学质量

On Integration of Production and Education Further Improving the Quality of Higher Vocational Colleges

产教融合是党中央、国务院对高职院校办学方针的具体要求;是国际职业高校办学的发展趋势;产教融合能进一步提高学生毕业后的创业、就业能力;有利于提升高职教师的实践及动手能力;大力推动地方行业、地方经济发展;进一步提升高职院校办学水平的迫切要求。最后,对校企合作、定向委培及项目研发三种产教融合形式的内涵及实践进行了分析。

The integration of production and education is the development trend of vocational education, which can development students’ employability and entrepreneurship, help further enhance the practice ability of vocational teachers, promote local economic development. This paper analyzes the connotation and practice of college-enterprise cooperation, directional cultivation and project research and development.
