摘要
外籍人士来华就业,为中国经济增长奉献了他们的力量,为中国社会进步做出了贡献,为此让他们也享受中国的社会保障待遇是制定《在中国境内就业的外国人参加社会保险暂行办法》的初愿,然而《暂行办法》颁布至今实际执行情况并不乐观。站在高校的视角上,通过调研可以发现实际执行难有条款要求、险种设置、执行细则以及外教个人因素等诸多方面的原因,可以从这几方面入手,切实改变此种状况。
Foreigners coming to work in China play a part in China’s economic growth and social progress. Their enjoyment of Chinese social security is the initial intention of "Interim Measures for Social Insurance System Coverage of Foreigners Working within the Territory of China", which is not fully executed. The difficulty in execution arises from requirements of terms, insurances, implementation details and their personal factors as well.We should take some corresponding countermeasures to change the situation.
