摘要
首先对台湾地区资源回收体系的不同发展阶段,如自由回收、自行或共同回收、民间参与的回收及政府负责运作回收等阶段进行了系统介绍,然后对台湾资源回收四合一体系的构成及其运作流程、资源回收系统应回收的产品进行了详细阐述,其研究结果以期对大陆借鉴台湾地区的再生资源回收与利用的做法与经验,建立以市场机制为主导,政府严格监管的资源回收与利用体系提供一定的参考价值。
Firstly different development stages of resource recycling system in Taiwan were introduced, such as free recycling, voluntary or common recycling, nongovernmental recycling and governmental recycling. Then the structure and operating process of four-in-one recycling system and the products of resource recycling system in Taiwan were elaborated.The research results could provide practical reference for resource recycling and reuse in Taiwan region for mainland, and could provide practical reference for establishing resource recycling and reuse system guided by market mechanism and supervised strictly by government.
