“益肾调督”针灸法对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠海马CA1区导素表达的影响

Effect of Yishentiaodu Acupuncture- moxibustion on Hippocampal CA1 Area of Netrins in Alzheimer's Disease rat

目的研究"益肾调督"针灸法对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠海马CA1区神经元轴突生长导向因子导素(Netrins)表达的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠按随机数字表分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组和针灸治疗组,采用双侧海马注射Aβ1-42的模型复制方法,针灸治疗组采用先针刺再艾灸"百会"和"肾俞"穴,通过免疫荧光法观察大鼠海马CA1区Netrins的表达变化。结果模型组大鼠海马CA1区Netrins积分光密度与正常组相比显著降低(P<0.01)。针灸治疗组大鼠海马CA1区Netrins积分光密度与模型组相比明显升高(P<0.01)。结论针灸可能通过增加Netrins的表达,促进轴突再生,进而起到防治AD的作用。

Abst racts：Objective To observe the effet of Yishentiaodu acupuncture -moxibustion on hippocampal CA1 area of Netrins in Alzheimer＇s disease rat,and to investigate the specific mechanism of preventive -treatment on AD by acupuncture -moxibustion.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： the normal group, sham -operated group, model group, and acupuncture -moxibustion group.First, bilateral hippocampus were injected Aβ1 -42 to make rat model of AD. Then, acupuncture -moxibustion group selected Baihui points and Shenshu points, and treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Last, detect the expression of Netrins in rats by the method of Immunofluores-cence.Results Compared with normal group and sham -operated group,Neterins expression of model hippocampus was lower obviously than that of them（P 〈0.01）.However, compared with the model group, Netrins expression of anupuncture -moxibustion group’ hippocam-pus CA1 area increased significantly（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture -moxibustion can effectively improve of the expression of the Netrins, induce the axonal injured and promote axon regeneration, Which have the effect of prevention and treatment of AD.
